Because there are so many prospective employees to pick from, companies will choose the best of the lot and preferably those with more experience in the field who can contribute to their organization. Not to say that qualifications are worthless, but to say that GAIN PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE to supplement the theory you've studied in school, then you will be competent because you've "done it before."
